20 SeriesSemi-automatic filling & closing machines
The 20 Series from TREPKO has been designed as semi-automatic filling and closing machines for pre-formed containers. The automatic functions of these machines are: lid placement, heat-sealing or closing by plastic snap-on lid. These operations are driven pneumatically. The heat-sealing station is prepared for a quick changeover and has a self-levelling mechanism. The manual operations include placement of a container in the table’s socket, turntable movement and collection of a ready container. Depending on the customer request the machine can be equipped with an automatic product proportioner. The output of this machine can reach between 10-15 cycles/min, subject to the operator’s skills. Different machine sizes are available for various container sizes. The machine can be delivered with changeparts for extra container sizes. A special version of the 20 Series is designed for closing cardboard sandwich skillets. |
